Last week I presented some research that I am working on with my colleagues Katy Vigurs and Ciaran Burke at the annual AGCAS research conference. In the presentaiton, I try and explore how social justice is defined from a career development point of view and how this interacts with graduate destination measures. Particularly how metrics conflict with more pluralistic understandings of social justice.
